Terms and Condition of Use

1. User Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Muslio.com. These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Muslio LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “Muslio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, browsing, or using any website, mobile application, or other service provided by Muslio (collectively, “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms, policies, guidelines, or rules referenced herein or otherwise made available to you. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Definitions

Content” means all text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, and other materials made available through the Services.
Service Terms” means additional terms and conditions applicable to specific Services.
User Content” means any reviews, comments, photographs, videos, suggestions, or other material that you submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Services.

3. Modification of Terms

Muslio reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend or modify these Terms, our policies, or any Service Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Services or by otherwise notifying you. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Privacy Notice

Please review our Privacy Notice, which describes our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. The Privacy Notice forms an integral part of these Terms.

5. Electronic Communications

By using the Services or sending e‑mails, text messages, or other communications to us, you consent to receive communications from Muslio electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

6. Eligibility, Account Registration, Account Security

6.1 Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

6.2 Account Registration – You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your information updated.

6.3 Account Security – You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify Muslio of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. License to Use Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable Service Terms, Muslio grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to access and make personal, non‑commercial use of the Services. This license expressly excludes any resale or commercial use of the Services or Content; any collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Services or Content; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of a third party; and any use of data‑mining, robots, or similar data‑gathering or extraction tools.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Muslio or any third party;
• interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Services;
• upload or transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious code;
• engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive practices; or
• collect or harvest any personally identifiable information of other users without their express consent.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Copyright – All Content included in or made available through the Services is the property of Muslio or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all Content is the exclusive property of Muslio.

9.2 Trademarks – MUSLIO™, Muslio.com™, and related graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks or trade dress of Muslio in the United States and other countries. Muslio’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used without Muslio’s express written permission.

10. User Generated Content

You may submit User Content so long as it is not illegal, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. You grant Muslio a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content worldwide. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User Content you submit and that use of your User Content by Muslio does not violate any third‑party rights.

11. Third‑Party Services, Content, and Links

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third‑party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by Muslio. Muslio does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any third‑party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access a third‑party website from the Services, you do so at your own risk, and you understand that these Terms and Muslio’s Privacy Notice do not apply to your use of such sites.

12. Product Information and Transactions

12.1 Product Descriptions – Muslio endeavors to be accurate; however, Muslio does not warrant that product descriptions or other Content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error‑free. If a product offered by Muslio is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

12.2 Pricing and Payment – “List Price” means the suggested retail price provided by a manufacturer, supplier, or seller. Despite our best efforts, products may be mispriced. If the correct price is higher than the stated price, Muslio may cancel the order or contact you for instructions before shipping.

12.3 Order Acceptance and Cancellation – Muslio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

12.4 Risk of Loss; Title – All purchases of physical items from Muslio are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

12.5 Returns and Refunds – Returns are subject to Muslio’s Return Policy. Muslio does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. In certain cases, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.

13. Muslio Software and Applications

13.1 License – Muslio grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use Muslio software solely for the purpose of accessing the Services.

13.2 App Permissions – When you use Muslio mobile applications, you may grant certain permissions to your device. For details, see our App Permission Guidelines.

13.3 Use of Third‑Party Services – Your use of third‑party services may be subject to separate terms and fees.

13.4 Updates – Muslio may provide automatic or manual updates to the software at any time.

13.5 Government End Users – Muslio software is provided as a “Commercial Item” as that term is defined in 48 C.F.R. § 2.101.

14. Compliance with Laws; Sanctions and Export Control

You may not use the Services if you are the subject of U.S. sanctions or of sanctions consistent with U.S. law imposed by the country where you are using the Services. You must comply with all U.S. or other export and re‑export restrictions that may apply to goods, software, technology, and services.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND OTHER ITEMS INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY MUSLIO ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MUSLIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUSLIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD‑WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Muslio, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to (a) your use of and access to the Services; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third‑party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

18. Dispute Resolution; Jurisdiction; Waiver of Jury Trial

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Services shall be adjudicated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to venue. BOTH PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Ohio, without reference to its conflict‑of‑laws principles.

20. Modification, Suspension, and Termination of Services

Muslio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice and without liability to you.

21. Force Majeure

Muslio shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation.

22. Severability; Assignment; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Muslio may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Muslio regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

23. Notices

Except as otherwise expressly stated, any notices required under these Terms shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when delivered personally, sent by certified mail (return receipt requested), or by a nationally recognized overnight courier, to: Muslio.com, LLC, P.O. 24. Notice and Procedure for Intellectual Property Claims

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please provide a written notice containing the following information to Muslio’s Copyright Agent at 1714 Schrock Rd, Columbus, OH 43229:

• a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property interest;
• a description of the intellectual property you claim has been infringed;
• a description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on the Services;
• your address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement by you that you have a good‑faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law; and
• a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

25. Service of Legal Process

Muslio accepts service of subpoenas or other legal process only through its national registered agent:
